Implementation

In order to be effective affirmations must be repeated often. After following the instructions on how write affirmations repeat/use them:

 

  • Before stressful events

    • exams, public speaking, performances​

  • During private times with no distractions

    • Looking in the mirror

    • Before going to bed

    • After waking up

    • During meditation or exercise ​​

  • After hard tasks, such as exams​​
