Time Management

Time management is an important skill to have - bad time management can lead to a pile up of work, and reduces free time.

Time management strategies:

  1. Complete important tasks first

  2. Figure out what time of day you work best, optimize these times to work  

  3. Schedule busy days

  4. Schedule your breaks

  5. Try scheduling on the calendar app or time management apps if paper planning isn't effective
